![]() ![]() The main course of beef was tough and average. I couldn't help feeling that things were timed so that they could clear the restaurant for the next seating. Very professional and but also genuine and good conversation in Japanese or English or for that matter Swahili. The 2 managers that attended to us were fabulous. The service was great but it felt too well tuned with at least 5 different people tag teaming, filling water, delivering food, refilling my wine glass. We got a great table with views outside but the dining room with its cathedral ceiling and glass funnel shaped wine storage take center stage. They take your coat and then its up another elevator opening into the grand dining room. I thought maybe they were going to stick me in a extension room but no it was just more of the mystique. through the kitchen seemed strange (cool). The kind of place that is more about the whole experience than the actual eating.
